The Keepers of the House was one of three comics created for the Inner Lives research project run by the University of East Anglia, University College London, and the University of Hertfordshire.

The comics were shared with school and university students, and were included in conference packs for Living in a Magical World: Inner Lives, 1300–1900 held at St Anne’s College, University of Oxford, UK, 17–19 September 2018. The comics were also sold in the shop for the Spellbound exhibition, held at the Ashmolean Museum, University of Oxford, UK, 31 August 2018 – 6 Jan 2019.
